They missed the Engine Air Filter Housing. It was broken! If I had not gone to Victory Toyota for my regular oil change, I would have never known. Also, they left oil and dirt on my steering wheel. It was nasty! I had to clean it first with Lysol, thereafter with soap and water. In a COVID Environment, this is totally unacceptable!

I purchased my car brand new 10 years ago and I only had a few scratches until someone hit me head on. There was a good amount of front end damage but thank goodness there wasn't too much underneath where I couldn't see. The guy's at Jack Demmer repaired my car in a little over a week and now my car looks pretty as good as it did when I first purchased it! They did an excellent job!

Why do we need to drop vehicle for so many days . Vehicle already inspected. You know now how many days it will take to arrive the part ,then let us know to drop the vehicle. I don’t think vehicle should stay in shop more than 3 days .
