I was originally told it would only take two days, then when I dropped it off I was told three days. It ended up being four days and this was never communicated to me.

The main issue was with these text messages and what they promised. I received a text on Tue 09/18 that you were nearing completion and I would be called if there were any delays. (Original test showed Wed 09/19 as the completion date). I never was called and it was not done until Monday 09/24. I understand that delays happen and I wanted the vehicle to be fixed correctly but just a call to let me know would have been appreciated. We were also put on a waitlist for a loaner car two eeeks ago and never called. Again, just a call would have been nice.

I'm frustrated that I keep having to take it back in to get the repairs fixed.

This is the second time it has been in the collision shop in the last year. The first time the vehicle had to go back twice for adjustments. This time the vehicle has gone back once so far. I have had to take my time to have them look at it and fix it again and again.

I'm frustrated that they keep messing up putting the truck back together and it is my time (personal and work) that I need to forfeit for them fixing it.

Felt because I was a women I was not taken serious about the car pulling to the right after they said it had an alignment, car needed the light and the hood adjusted after told it was ready for pickup
