Slow, poor communication, dirty rental car,rental car with empty gas tank. All this and I still don't have my car back. Will never use your body shop again. Questioning future purchaseso and leases as well.

Very upset with the text you send saying my car will be ready in 8 days when per the dealership it will be ready in 4 days. Spend 1/2 hr on phone trying to get a bigger vehicle as we would be on vacation. Please do not send those text messages or at least coordinate with the dealership .

Body shop did a great job on my vehicle. However JAmes in the body shop was rude on the phone when he called to say my car was ready. I received a text that said my car would be ready on the7/ 28. We were to leave on vacation that next week so I was going to have to arrange a larger vehicle to rent
