The car was nice and clean when I picked it up. I just can’t believe that a cracked piece of plastic on a rider view mirror costs 2 thousand dollars, but that’s not Jack Deamers fault.

The experience was totally seamless. Everybody was very kind, and the repair looked like it was done correctly in a fair amount of time. I dropped the car off on a Thursday and picked the car up on the following Thursday

There is a vibration coming from the rear axle making a loud noise in cabin of Broncho. Very noticeable (even over radio) between 40-50 mph.

We are on seven weeks and still do not have functioning vehicle. Battery exploded within 12 hrs of picking up vehicle after first four weeks of repair, Demmer denying all responsibility.

Communication from Service is poor at best. Found out from my insurance company that Demmer denying responsibility for battery (which is also under investigation by NTSB for having undercharging module)
