I was very satisfied with the final repairs on my vehicle. They did a nice job. I liked that my car was returned cleaned inside and out. I would definitely use Jack Demmer if needed in the future.

Customer service never contacted me during the repair. Three times the man in charge of my repair said he would call with updates, he never called. I had to call each time. The last time he stated 2 times he would call with my pickup date. I called at 5:45 and he had already left for the day. Very poor communication.

Had to bring the vehicle back twice. vehicle was not completed when I arrived to pick it up originally.

Rob was very responsive and apologetic. However, one of he girls in the office made me leave with the loaner and fill the tank up from 3/4 when I tried to return it. Ended up having to keep the loaner anyway since car wasn't done. when I had to bring the vehicle in again, there were no loaners available, and I had to miss a day of work.
