Repairs & paint matching were excellent. There is/was a problem with the front of the fender matching the fascia & headlamp assembly. That's an engineering flaw - not a failing of the body work. All the folks in the body shop were nothing short of outstanding! Thanks for making my Lincoln pretty again. ;-)

My service representative took care of estimating my vehicle damages, contacting my insurance company to approve the repairs and kept me updated with repairs by text messages. I had nothing to do but pick up my vehicle. The paint job was blended with extraordinary precision. BRAVO to Jack Demmer Collision Department. As an extra bonus; my vehicle was washed and DETAILED to profection. I would not go anywhere but MY Jack Demmer Ford.
