The staff in The body Shop is remarkable, each and every one of them. Jasmine is friendly, efficient and accommodating. Christy has gone so far above and beyond helping me through a complex claim involving my vehicle. Stephen? In the shop accommodated my need to take a closer look at my vehicle to better understand the needed repairs and I think It was Jason who ran my vehicle over to service to make sure it was safe to drive after it exhibited some electrical anomalies. What a great team, you should be so proud of these people!

This is the dealership where I bought my Jeep. I’ve had them service it many times in the past four years. Sales service have always been excellent. This is my first time with the body Collision shop and I’m extremely impressed. They made good on the warranty work and exceeded expectations with everything else. The jeep looked brand new when they were done.

I would be embarrassed if I recommended the dealership and they received the treatment that I received. I think it would’ve been very easy to do much better, but from the manager down, I don’t think anybody cares about customer satisfaction.

This was one of the worst service experiences. I’ve had in a very long time. Communication was awful. Three times delayed with the repair of my car were reported to me within 45 minutes of pick up to get my car. The manager, Marc, and the agent would only communicate by email and on the wrong email account, despite me giving them the correct email. Also, they said they would have the car clean and neat when I picked it up and it was not. When I pointed it out, they took the car back to the garage for 20 minutes and then brought it back to me in exactly the same condition without even it being wet or cleaned. When I try to reach out to the manager, Marc, he did not even care. I have bought three cars from the dealership over the previous years and really felt that the service could have been much better. Very disappointed. I am sorry you don’t have negative numbers to choose from.
