Rating a 2 at this time. Based on the current quality issues and the incomplete work, I would not recommend Prostar right now. I'm hopeful that will change once these items are corrected, and I'd welcome the chance to update this after we meet, and the work is made right.

Rating a 2. The refinish work had several quality issues (hood lacks gloss with a mark and pinhole, a missed/dull area by the passenger headlight, sand marks and dirt specks with orange peel on the rear quarter panel, and contact on the rear bumper), the driver's-side door handle was never painted, and the car was returned very dirty so it couldn't be properly inspected at pickup. I've sent a detailed letter with photos and would like to meet to review the vehicle in person.

Rating a 2. My daughter was told that I had instructed Prostar not to paint the door handle, which is not true — I never said that. The car was also returned very dirty, which made it hard to inspect the paint at pickup, and the handle work was left incomplete. I'd appreciate the chance to speak with a manager and resolve this directly.
