I would let them know the repair was great, but they need to be sure and check all details of their car beforr leaving for more than a week because no accountability will be taken otherwise

Minor repair needed and my car was at the dealership for 3 plus weeks. Upon retrieval of my car the very next day my battery died. I did not have an issue with my battery upon brining the car in for repair and now It just so happens to be dead. I called to inquire the process of repair and how often the car is moved and was brushed off by 2 individuals in the body shop saying "Well, batteries do die ya know and ive never had a battery last over 3 years. They then asked if i checked my battery level before bringing it in? Um no, why would i when ive NEVER had an issue. No assistance was offered and the manager proceeded to tell me there is noone over him that can assist, "it stops at him" It strikes me as odd that my battery is dead and the car was in the possession of the dealership bodyshop for 3 weeks. Very sad to say noone cared nor took acvountability about my issue and brushed it off as just a bad battery, to which again i had no issue before bringing the car in. Noone cared to help now that my battery has died literally the next day. I picked on Wed and Thursday battery died.
