I am satisfied with the work done, however it took a very long time, I was not contacted as often as I would of liked and there were some very rude people who answered the phones. Chelsea and Brandon, however, were both helpful and professional.

tire pressure was super low in back tow tires and horn is almost inaudible but the detailing was nice and the front repairs look great

I was not contacted throughout the process. There are some very rude people answering the phones, however, Chelsea and Brandon were both helpful and professional. I also did not like that there was no form to sign off on at the end of the process showing the the insurance was paying for the repairs. Signing an invoice for 11k is unnerving when there is nothing on the document saying that the Insurance company is paying.

So far i have been unimpressed witht the attitude of the people who answer yhe phones or the process and procedures that are followed to keep the customer informed of anything. If i knew that this would have been such a headache to deal with i would have gone elsewhere.

James did everything in his power after being thrown into this situation in the 11th hour but just about everything else was a hastle and was just about the worst experience i have had dealing with vehicle issues to date.

the only reason I would not rate a 10 is because the dealership does not provide loner cars. My truck has been in many times for recalls etc and it is extremely inconvenient from a work stand point.

The actual body work was great however the behavior of the staff was horrible. The gentlemen Brandon was arrogant and prideful. Instead of allowing me to speak he cut me off and basically told me I was lying. There were things promised that could not be done due to protocol. Instead of apologizing for the staff lack of knowledge he acted as if I should have never requested the service or I should have been aware of the protocol. Instead of handing me my keys, showing me the body work, he left my car running without my knowledge. I stood there waiting for my keys and he simply sent words he left them in the car.
