After all of the problems, I would have a very difficult time recommending this repair shop to anyone.

The repair was promised in 1 week, but took 2 weeks. One of the molding leaked causing water to flow out of the tailgate. One of the back seats would not go down, and finally, the model name is now a GLS 6E bot GLS 63

We were told to bring the car in after the parts were received and the job would take 1 week. After the first week, we were told that they were waiting on parts and the vihicle would be ready on Wedneday. On Wednesday we were told they were waiting on more parts???

I would caution then to set clear expectation of regular communication from shop.

Rear hatch pops when opening. Hinges aren’t properly aligned. Improper information communicated when vehicle was delivered to Mercedes of Reno, resulting in them pursuing issues that weren’t real which wasted time and energy. I’ve had to put the vehicle back in the shop at Mercedes of Reno to address the actual issue reported. Hopefully they can fix the misaligned rear hatch. The vehicle does look good but many issues are still lingering due to poor communication, and failure to pay attention to detail.
