Dara was very knowledgeable and was able to resolve an issue with a claim number that was incorrect. Initially, another person just didn't know what to do and just said claim number is incorrect?

Dara is such a warm service rep. He provided Excellent sevice. Plus Friendly attitude, always updated me the progress for my car. JAMY motor Has the cleanest environment , even equip with a tiny cute manicured garden. You don't feel like sitting in a filthy dirty garage while waiting to pick up your car. I had an wonderful wonderful experience with Jamy. 5 stars service.

I was told that my vehicle would take 2 weeks and when 3 weeks has passed, I had to call everyday and "tomorrow" turned into an additional week and a half. Thework on my vehicle came out fine but I was given a lot of broken promises.
