I had work done here at Jay Collision 4 times over the past nearly 20 years. They do great work! However, Jay Collison has never met a deadline that was given to me. This past time was 3 weeks over the due. It ended up costing me extra out of pocket for a rental car because my rental agreement was for 30 days. No compensation was given or offered. My past experience was the last time for me.

So far, the work looks really good. I haven't gone to a car wash yet but I'm sure everything will be okay. I love that it looked like they detailed my car too. It was very clean inside and out.

Parts that you pick to replace parts still had had damage to it. Rep. State he would order a new part. Had me wait and just repainted it same part Imperfection still in the part.
