The sunroof was left open all night so water came in the car. The back seat floor was soaked. Additionally there was a part left on the dash I had to go to the office to get them to install it.

I’m very disappointed with my experience\. The sunroof was left open overnight, which allowed water to get into the vehicle and soak the rear floor. I’m still trying to get the interior dried out. In addition, a trim piece that should have been reinstalled was left sitting on the dashboard when I picked up the vehicle, which makes me question whether everything was put back together properly. Overall, the situation has been very confusing, and I’m not confident about the repairs done.
