Mark was simply amazing! Very thorough, professional and polite. Sharon was great too, she has a pleasant energy about her. Huge shoutout to whoever was involved in working on my car, that’s some serious talent and patience they have. Looks like nothing ever happened to it. Also the detail job inside my car was perfect. My car has been an unlucky “target” of late. The past 4 months there have been 3 separate incidents requiring repairs. All 3 were handled in the most professional way by Caliber Collision. Shout out to Brad who was my contact person at Caliber. He was clear in what was to transpire and when the car would be ready. He handled my MANY questions kindly and promptly, keeping me “in the loop” with his transparent reports.
