The manager Steve said he would call me back regarding rental reimbursement because I had to pay out of pocket for extra costs on the rental due to Calibur Collision keeping my car beyond the time I was originally told which caused me a financial hardship.

Initially the old door trim was used. I had to bring the car back once new trim was ordered. Also the car had smudged hand and fingerprints on the windows.

overall the requested work was done but after this the car’s fuel tank button twitched and my fuel tank doesn’t open anymore. it used to work before I gave the car in for repairs. moreover the car has some weird smell and dust. it needed thorough cleaning after the work was done. Please fix this !! thank you

When I picked up my truck, it was not completed. There were still dents in the vehicle. The vehicle was not put back together right. There were scratches on the vehicle that was not previous there. For having my truck for over two months I am not satisfied with the work

Super friendly, helpful, convenient and an overall pleasant experience. I have no complaints!
