From start to finish, Caliber Collision was exceptional. Staff was professional, courteous. They were able to get me in the schedule within a few days (after local companies and dealers were booking months out), Caliber handled the intake promptly, got a local car rental company to pick me up so I could get a loaner. Caliber was excellent with the estimate, and keeping me updated on the progress of the repair. I was impressed with their customer service and would highly recommend the staff at Mentor. It was a drive from Chagrin Falls, but I’m so glad I chose them.
