The score would have been a 10 if I did not have to deal with the confusion over my rental car with the insurance company

Everything went great until we got to the insurance paperwork. For the rental car with Enterprise. There was some miscommunication and confusion. Due to the fact that they insurance company received an estimated time as to when my car repair would be completed. Instead of the actual date and time. So when I did receive an actual day and time to pick up my phone. It was later and the evening would have been too late. So I and time. So when I did receive a actual day and time to pick up my phone. It was later and the evening would have been too late. Because I was still in work. So I will not be able to pick up my car until 28th instead of the 27th. Allstate was told the 26th. That is why they did not pay for the extra two days. They need an update to cover the days.
