This experience was awful with nationwide. They made us think we were lying about the damage that occurred as part of this accident. Even D&S tried to tell them that the damage was consistent with all damage but Nationwide would not believe us even after photos were submitted. Due to this experience we are seeking to drop Nationwide very soon. Nationwide was NOT ON OUR SIDE!"
