Car looked great. Did a nice job on the body work. The only thing I was a little disappointed was it took longer to the repair than what I was told up front. I realize there are unforeseen circumstances that come up.

I’m happy with the outcome of the repairs. Based on that, I would recommend them.

I haven’t seen/ had customer service like this in years! Their communication was extraordinary, and they handled everything with the rental agency & insurance company. I couldn’t be more pleased or informed! 🌷

The time over scheduled date of return was due to Nationwide insisting on after market parts. Only after two failed attempts did Nationwide allow Gerber to order a factory part… for the headlamp.
