Worst experience at D&S in 35 years of doing business there. 3 weeks to get an appointment and over 2 weeks to repair a 2” year in plastic bumper. But as always the repair quality was excellent which is why I continue to use and recommend them

This was a redo of repairs made a couple years ago. The paint on my front bumper cover was peeling and had to be redone. All appears to be ok now, but we’ll see how things hold up.

We are completely satisfied with D&S auto repair. However, we are disappointed with Nationwide and their process. We have used or been insured with auto for over 20 years. This experience was awful with nationwide. They made us think we were lying about the damage that occurred as part of this accident. Even D&S tried to tell them that the damage was consistent with all damage but Nationwide would not believe us even after photos were submitted. Due to this experience we are seeking to drop Nationwide very soon. Nationwide was NOT ON OUR SIDE!
