I did bring it in with a full tank of gas and was returned with a quarter tank.

Every thing looks great except for emblems that say the model of the car no longer match. I’m waiting to hear back from the shop to replace it. I was told it should only take 15 minutes to replace. Currently waiting to hear when the replacement part arrives at the shop.

Very satisfied. Everyone in the shop did a phenomenal job with my vehicle. All of the follow ups were very informative and they cared about me as a customer. All of the parts were inspected, and if they did not pass the inspection, they were not accepted and sent back for another replacement before they were put on my car. Thank you, D&S 👍🏻

The hail damage repair took entirely too long. Our vehicles were in the shop over 2 months requiring us to pay for a rental car the entire period. Knowing that the trucks were drivable a much better job should have been done scheduling the dropoff knowing how understandably busy you were with the magnitude of the storm damage.

Regarding Tesla repairs. You’re the authorized repair spot. It may be helpful to be aware of the charge on the car when it comes in and when it gets picked up. We came in over 50% and picked up at 23%. If it’s ready for pick up the battery should be close to what it came in as or at least let customers know before pick up.
