My only complaint is all the parts needed were not ordered before the repair started. This caused a delay of 6 days, and out of pocket car rental expenses for me. Make sure you have all the parts you need before you start the job! There was a further delay because the company that was supposed to do the calibration did not show up. I find this unacceptable.
