The staff were very nice and friendly and professional, and the communication via the phone was excellent. I worked with Harlan and he was wonderful at getting back to me and keeping me in the loop. However, when I picked up my car I asked if the fluids had been checked and was told yes, and then found my coolant and transmission fluids low. I also asked them to check my brakes and suspension because I can’t check them myself right now. Nothing to report on the suspension but within a week of getting my car back my brake pads were completely to the metal, so they missed something huge there. So overall great customer service and they helped me out with a lot on my car, but I wish they had been forthcoming about the stuff they didn’t get to. Upset about that.

Was told by Ryan I would receive updates and that the work should take 2 to 3 days. Called in myself at the end of that time and was told by Harlan that car would not be ready till the following week. Explained to him my need for it sooner and he kindly expedited the completion.
