When I picked my car up it still had a bad dent on the passenger Side door, when the accident happened I told them the passenger side door hit the curb, they had took a picture of it and didn’t repair it. Took my new tires that I had got new from Illinois drove down there for them to be put on there. They took so long to put them on there and align them, when I got my car back the steering wheel was turned sideways as the wheels were straight, the wheel alignment wasn’t right at all, missing lug nuts on my right side front tire and all, the car was just a mess. Wasn’t fixed right at all

I see separation in the trunk area. The trunk has a loose piece.I waited 6/7 for my car to be ready and was told it just needed to be buffed and washed.When I received my car on 6/8 it was dirtier than when I dropped it off. I will not ever use JC Autobody shop again.
