JC Auto Body Staff very nice Informative from beginning to end with my Toyota the estimated date to have the job done was completed as promised very friendly user at that location because I rented a car while mine was getting fixed yes I would recommend them the body work and paint match very satisfied

The repairs look good so far. The only comment I have had is the technicians forgot to place the locks back on my front wheel after repairs. Other than that, everything went smoothly. Ricardo is very nice and takes really good care of his customers. I appreciate the high level of customer service he provides. I am a repeat customer because of him. 😊

It all started well… however customer service changed when they didn’t do a good job the first time… when I took my car again they first mentioned that will take a few days because they need to remove the whole part again… when I called the insurance for another rental I guess insurance didn’t like that so forced the body shop to finish the job on the same day. That means the job wasn’t done properly at all you can clearly see the flaws
