They were very throughly throughout the process providing me updates on the status of my car. And one thing i enjoyed the most is that the young guy he helped me with my car seat trying to figure out how to take it out the car and placed it back in. Everyone was professional and i appreciate that. I would recommend them to anyone because of the great customer service.

The work was completed in a timely fashion and very professionally done. I was very impressed with the quality of work. They washed and detailed my vehicle as well and it was sparkling clean at pick up. I highly recommend JC Autobody.

Very nice crew. Communication is very good through texts. Some misinformation was communicated however. For example, told me my car would be done in 5 days but didnt tell me they needed insurance verification before starting repairs. Ended up keeping my car for 2 weeks. When car was done, I received call that it would be done next day, then 30 mins later got a text telling me to come pick it up now. When I called, nobody knew who sent that text, car was not ready. Next day I confirm car is ready, they said yes. I get there 4 hours later and car was still being worked on. Worse I had to wait for another hour bc of insurance issues that should have been taking care of that were not communicated with me.
