Pretty good chance because I was satisfied with the results just not the tire pressure light or lack of communication.

Everything works perfect however my tire pressure light has not turned off and the sensor is messed up because my application that connects to the car told me it’s malfunctioning. Would be a 10 if it wasn’t for that.

The guy who gave me my car started “the deductible will be the one thing we will get right” which is concerning because you’re supposed to fix my vehicle correctly too.

Told management that tire had been evaluated by tire store because of tire light present. Was told air pressure in tires were ok and that the sensors needed to be checked. This info was relayed to JC but here it is 5days after service and the light is back on due to sensor out in 3 tires with 4th on its way out. It cost another $248 plus labor to correct at tire store plus time. Also brakes and pads had been changed 5 months prior on car with new battery added. 1 1/2month later, car wouldn't start due to cables corroded and needed to be replaced which cost me mobile mechanic service. This time though JC didn't charge to replace brakes and labor cost was lowered, I was told rotary was warn. I'm no mechanic but shouldn't you see that was needed 5 months prior. I paid $542 on the 18th to JC and another$248 less than a week later at Discount Tires. Customer service is very friendly at JC but it's very hard to keep faith in these times
