Unfortunately I had to initiate contact and had to continuously keep calling to get updates because I wasn't getting communication from the shop. I understand that the shop is busy and there are multiple customers and appreciated it when I was able to speak with someone but it really was a challenge to get a chance to speak with someone. That is my only negative feedback. Even in receiving my car, I was told I'd get a call back to coordinate and did not. Fortunately I was able to be present to receive the car but again, a call back to coordinate would have been helpful.
