The paint looked like there was a small hole in it, somehow they heated it up, I didn’t realize until I was looking at it in the sun and I think something may have happened to the clear coat

The vehicle shook because the tires were not balanced after the work. Not willing to fix for several days. Also the flap that protects the bottom of radiator and hose lines came out because it was not properly installed. Customer service did not make this a priority and we had to take our vehicle to our regular shop for these repairs.
