I mentioned to Dan that the edges of my doors were chipped and could they touch them up while repairing the damage. He said they would give my car a look all over and paint anything that needed touched up. They did not.

The repairs were excellent and faster than I expected. The panel gap difference was slightly noticeable, but only because I was looking for it. With fresh eyes it's not noticeable. Also, they cleaned in inside a bit, nice touch. Very satisfied, and they were communicative about what repairs actually needed to be done, and did them (different from the initial estimate). I would highly recommend

I wish there was a little more communication regarding updates on when it would be ready. I felt like I had to call every couple of days to get updates as I would hear it would be ready soon then wouldn't hear anything and then it would be another week go by. I also wish parts were ordered based on what was needed not by the insurances request as that clearly caused unnecessary delays. While everyone I spoke with was so lovely I think in the future I would prefer to just take my car to the dealership versus go through a company that clearly puts the insurance versus the car owner first.
