I am satisfied on the repairs but was unsatisfied with the communication on timing. I had to reach out several times to verify when my car would be done. Chris and Charlie were helpful when I called but I would appreciate if they were more proactive.

Was satisfied the work however it’s making a rattle noise and I still haven’t received a call on the missing trim piece for fog light. I just purchased the part myself and put it on.

I had the worst customer service experience, not to mention my 21 Tahoe is incomplete, the window not seated properly, detailing did not take place, I can see some scratches on the passenger door.. Charles customer service was excellent, not so much the other guy
