I tell everyone to go to Jeffrey’s! I told the insurance company they are missing out not having direct bill to Jeffrey’s. They should send more people to Jeffrey’s.

periodic communication with vehicle owner as to ongoing status of vehicle repair was poor. Often, after four weeks in service, I was the one who had to call to get updates on status and was given each time for the next three weeks "ready next Tuesday"
