Our Repair Representative, Rickie Flanagan, is very knowledgeable and responsive. He was always available whenever I called with questions or concerns, and he consistently checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. He is especially friendly and helpful. When we picked up our Tundra, he went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and ensure we were completely satisfied with the experience. His excellent customer service and dedication made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Or, if this is for a dealership review: Our Repair Representative, Rickie Flanagan, was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. He was always available whenever I had questions or concerns and regularly followed up to ensure we had everything we needed. Rickie was especially kind and accommodating when we picked up our Toyota Tundra. He went above and beyond to address our needs and ensure we were completely satisfied. His outstanding customer service made the entire experience a positive one. Highly recommended!
