My car being repaired is a fleet vehicle - once the quote was approved - your office called me everyday to get me to bring in the vehicle. I at least have 5 voicemails. However, once the vehicle was done, you magically had the wrong number & couldnât get a hold of me to tell me the vehicle was compelte. I find this to be absolutely unexceptable & extemelt unprofessional. Iâm extremely dispappointed in the service i wasnât provided. Needless to say- you now magically have the correct phone number to text a survey to! Terrible service.
