I cannot recommend Pignatelli Collision enough. They recently repaired my 2023 Ford Bronco Sport, and the results are absolutely incredible. The truck looks brand new, as if the accident never even happened.The team truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. Their communication was excellent, the turnaround time was fast, and their attention to detail is unmatched. My husband and I were referred to Pignatelli by our dealership advisor. Our experience was top-tier from the time we called to see if they would take us on to the time we picked it up, which was today, May 21, 2026. Noah and Frank remained personable, professional, and responsive the entire time. Frank was ESPECIALLY patient with the back-and-forth with our insurance company. He should get an Emmy just for putting up with that situation. 😂 Yet he NEVER lost his cool, remained composed, and diligent. While we don’t want another unfortunate incident to happen, yet if one did, we’d only go with Pignatelli, no hesitation. And the quality of the work done? SHOW ROOM READY. HANDS DOWN.
