We only use OEM parts so we fix the car to it's original state we don't cut corners using aftermarket or recycled parts. Excellent work superior service setting a target date for completion is extremely helpful and keeping the client up-to-date on progress is especially meaningful. This is the second time we have used Jeffs and I would highly recommend them.

They were terrible about giving updates. When I dropped the car off they had me save their number to receive text updates. I’m 7 weeks I didn’t receive a single text update. When I would call, the person who answered would say they would ask the technician and call back later, but would never call, we would have to call again the next day. This happened multiple times. We always had to call for updates. I don’t need a play by play but not a single update sent to us in seven weeks?
