The moment I walked in I was greeted and directed to the appropriate person. The ins adjuster was quick and efficient and then introduced me to the rental car company. I left my car and was on my way in under 20 min. I expected a week or so to complete the repair but was pleased as I began to receive text messages of the progress that afternoon. I was notified daily of the status and completion of repair. When I returned the rental I was greeted and after a couple signatures, I turned to the door to find my car waiting.
