I cannot be more happier with the work that jerry Ulm Dodge has done to my 2013 Dodge Avenger both as an insurance claim in October 2025 and additional work that I had them done do in subsequent months. The rate they charged me to do the work that I requested them to do with very reasonable in my opinion. The staff there was great to work with.

Fantastic service … Sergio kept me appraised of the status of repairs and got my RAM 1500 back on the road with a dent-free completely refinished front bumper! Outstanding work by the collision repair team!

Outstanding crew … Sergio took care of my RAM 1500 from delivery thru return to service! I had a small dent on the front bumper that they repaired - punched the dent out, stripped and re-painted the bumper and reinstalled in about 2 days which got me back on the road! Really a great experience made even better by their customer service and even a wash that had me looking like I just drove it off the showroom floor!! Lastly, I genuinely felt like a valued customer here - thanks a lot fellas for your professionalism and expertise!

I feel like the molding from under the hood was not replaced or put back on when new hood was replaced. I could be wrong but I am almost sure I had with prior set up.

My car was given back to me with missing moldings and now no one knows why there were taken off and the insurance now says it’s not covered by the claim because there was no reason to take them off now I have to get my attorney involved since the car is not complete.
