I was happy with the way body work and paint turned out. But was very unhappy with the dirt on rear seats and finger prints everywhere. It took the best part of a days to clean the interior and get it back to what it was before I dropped the car off.

It seems like Jerry’s underbids their competitors successfully and then ends up with more work than they can schedule. But they do a great job and for a better price than the competitors. Also Jerry’s handled everything with the insurance company and the rental car company, so we were happy with that! With proactive phone calls we would have given a 10 rating.

All good except it took a month to get our car back and Jerry’s waited until we called them instead of proactively notifying us of the delays.

When there is a delay, should notify the customer, not wait until it’s time to pick up the car and then inform us that it’s not ready.
