I just wanna take the time to give a shout out to Jersey Automotive in Chicago. I had my daughters car there to get some front end and rear end damage fixed and it just so happened to work out that her car was done and when one of my dog’s destroyed the interior of my Nissan so when I picked up her car, I dropped off mine. I just picked up my vehicle and I can honestly can say going through these processes were the best experiences ever. They went above and beyond. They kept me in the loop of timing, and guided me to use the best possible source for payment, as I was going to pay out-of-pocket for my daughter’s damage on her Mazda CX-5 because one of the bumpers damage was done months ago and they told me that the insurance would pay for damage within a year, and the back bumper and lift gate alone would’ve been well over the cost of 2 deductibles. i figured if I’m going pay that, I might as well just pay two deductibles. So that’s what I did and it got done. With my car, not only did they fix everything my dog destroyed, but they also sent it out to get completely detailed and got years of dog hair out of my vehicle. It will get dog hair in it again because I have no other option but to put my dogs in the car when they go to the vet or for dog training but I will keep up with it going forward. God, my car looks brand new inside! I mean, part of it is, lol, but the rest of it is remarkable! I highly recommend Jersey Automotive.
