Jersey has repaired my car a couple of times. The first few times were top notch and I had no complaints, but this recent time was a bit disappointing towards the end. I would still recommend them, but with the caveat that the car should be meticulously checked for cleanliness both inside and out before leaving the facility.

Car was not ready when promised and we stopped receiving updates on the status. I had to call each day to ask about things. Was promised someone would call me back with an update soon, but those calls never came.

The only problem I had was when I turned my radio on to a music station the left front door speaker drivers side were rattling like something was loose inside the speaker. I had called to bring it back in Andes way up left a message but didnât get a call back. After I got out of work I checked the settings on the radio and the bass was turned way up high and when I adjusted it lower the rattling noise went away. I think one of your workers turned the bass way up while they were working on my car. I will check my radio again tomorrow to see if I corrected this problem.
