Frank and his team were very professional. They had my truck ready right after they got the parts needed. Only problem was the insurance company, they released the truck 6 days after with a weekend in between.:(

The sevice of my vehicle was handled extremely professionally. From the intake process Frank in auto body was super professional and extremely knowledgeable about the repairs needed for my vehicle. Frank was super informative throughout the process of repairing my vehicle. Frank made me feel very comfortable and totally confident in jess up Chevrolet. On return of my vehicle Frank took the time to explain all the repairs and warranty on my vehicle. If I had extra money I would of truly given Frank a 200 to 300 hundred dollar tip unfortunately I did not have the funds however Frank was definitely deserving of a tip and surly deserving of being commended.
