There is a slight paint blemish on the panel corner looks to be from tape possibly and also the plastic trim does not fit correct and I think the headlight needs to be adjusted slightly.

At first, my vehicle appeared nicely repaired, until further inspection. My vehicle had to be returned for some flaws in the repairs. It also had some light scratches and overspray on parts of the truck that were not repaired. This was a brand new vehicle (6 months old). After returning the vehicle, JFA had corrected all of the flaws from the original repair. However, there was one scratch on the truck that appeared sometime while JFA was in possession of it. They fixed it the best they could without painting. They did offer to paint the entire door to fix the scratch. I opted to not make a bigger deal of it, avoiding more repainting to a new vehicle. I do still have a small scratch on the truck from something that happened at their shop, although much smaller than it originally was. Overall they did a great job on the paint match and you cannot tell it was ever repainted. They were very friendly and were good about communication. If this truck wasn't brand new, I likely wouldn't have been so meticulous about some of the things previously mentioned. Had I not been left w a tiny paint imperfection and having to return the truck for flaws, I would rate them 11 out of 10. Everything else about their work and my experience was superior.

The staff was extremely friendly. I was in in about 15 minutes and they had me in a rental and already started my claim. I can see honestly it was not used to that kind of customer service was very refreshing.
