Awful. Had to move car to another shop. Car came back in worse condition than it went in. Needed a new lift gate after accident. Lift gate was wrong size and left a sizable gap between back window and body and glass shards were in lift gate. Second time they told me it was ready, still gaps for water to come and glass shards. I asked service manager and he said, "I don't know what it's supposed to look like" Isn't he the professional? Finally moved to another shop. Terrible experience. Don't go!

Overall I’m happy, but There was a very small scratch on the brand new door panel that was installed. I’ve been in touch with my contact there and trust it will get resolved, but it is frustrating to have to make another trip

The final repair was excellent. However the replacement door arrived damaged so a new one had to be ordered. So we were without a car for many weeks. Also the interior of the car was very dirty when we picked it up with dirt and smudges everywhere. I have photos if you want to see them.
