Satisfied but feel like this was over charged - This was under my friend's insurance because he backed into me. It was a simple bumper replacement that was estimated at 1900 and came in at 4200. It's unfortunate because his car insurance went up $70 a month as a result of this I think it's unfortunate that the insurance business is not closely monitored for fraud.
