I am in Florida I have not seen the car after repairs my interactions with the shop of all been excellent, but I have not seen the car. Your survey should include that possibility.

Carl was excellent, very considerate of the customer needs and constraints and worked with us to ensure the repairs were done well. After a traumatic accident that was no fault of ours, Carl made it easier to get the car repaired.
