I had an out of state accident and no computer. Pat Fuerres explained and helped me through what I needed to do in Florida and then to have the repairs in Birmingham. She gave very clear instructions and the providers used were so helpful. Enterprise and LeMond Auto for repair . Payments were immediate making the process best as it could be under the circumstances.
