Although I did appreciate the friendliness of the staff, the work done was subpar. At this time I would definitely not recommend somebody to take their car there to be repaired if the work done on my car is an example of the general work that's done in that department.

The demeanor of the employees and the departments' manager were great. The work done on the car however is not done right. The rust on the quarter panel was just painted over, not repaired correctly. I'm sure the paint will flake off soon, and the rust will continue to eat away at the quarter panel. The same type of paint repair was done where the rear tail light meets the quarter panel. The tail light should have been removed, then the rust removed, then repainted. It was just touched up and I can still see rust near the tail light. I was told that since the repair wasn't completely finished on the date that I showed up to pick up the car, that the rear bumper that has a gouge in it would be touched up and polished. It was not. I honestly hate to complain, and I do appreciate the dealership honoring the warranty, but incorrectly repairing the car when it was incorrectly painted in the first place doesn't sit very well.

Aaliyah was awesome. She worked with us on some extras we wanted and kept us informed. Very accommodating, and we will recommend your shop as a specific result of that. It really set you apart for us. Car was very clean when we picked it up. My wife was extremely pleased.

After completion and detail, hood had swirl marks where it had been wiped with cloth that had tire dressing on it. Desk clerk cleaned it up.

No texts as promised. Called on Friday to inquire if completed. Was told the asst mgr who had handled everything to this point and told me updates would be texted, was off on Friday and the only painter in shop was also off on this Friday.Was also told texts are only sent out Tuesday’s and Thursdays ??? Would not have left vehicle on Thursday if would have been told there was a high probability that wouldn’t be completed and available to pick up in Friday. Total lack of communication. Body shop receptionist was put in a bad spot due to this lack of communication. The receptionist went above and beyond to make right the things that weren’t done timely or communicated properly, but that’s where the credit stops.
