My truck was beyond repair due to extent of damage. However, staff was great to work with. The were friendly and respectful. They accepted my millons of calls. LoL. They were great would recommend to anyone!

We have been going to the body shop at Jim Winter Buick for over 20 years. This is approximately the fifth time I have taken a family car to this shop, and I first learned about it from my mom. Unfortunately, we received our daughter's car back in worse shape than when we had it in for repair. She has a decent-sized fresh paint chip (not a dent), along with scrape marks along her passenger side and some new ones on her driver's side. Neither of these was there originally. We inquired about them and received confirmation that they were already present. They showed us computer pictures that lacked a time stamp or date, showcasing circled objects without providing a clear view of what they were. Some disappointing and shady things happened to her car while it was in the shop. We are hoping that Buick makes it right.

Very nice people did a fast fix to my truck but when I got in the truck to leave my door and arm rest was covered in dust from shop floor . Not cool I cleaned it up and moved on
