There is a low spot in the door right next to the trim when I mentioned it when I picked up the car they acted like there wasn’t one there I feel a car should be exactly the way it was before it was wrecked body shops get paid well from insurance company’s to do a good job in this case a unsatisfied customer

Very disorganized. Called me numerous times to schedule work on my car and my car was already being worked on. Now I have to come back because a recalled part was not replaced while in service. I have purchased 4 different vehicles through this dealership and now I am considering not purchasing another because service department cannot get it together.

Jim Winter is very disorganized they called me twice to schedule service told them that my car was in their facility already getting service which I told them twice each time they called. Then when my repairs were done they never put in the recalled part that they were trying to service so I had to come back and have the part replaced two days after I got my car back. Very disappointing and will never use the service if this dealership again.

Alexis was very rude to me when I asked her how this mistake got missed, tried to put me off to Troy in service when she was the one who called me twice to schedule service when they already had my vehicle. Needless to say I got the run around through many different departments.

Tects put wrong headlight assembly in truck didn't check it out before giving it back had to show them myself then reorder lights and take it back in for another day to put right head light assembly in it should have looked at it before sending it out the first time they fixed it now works and looks right

I have always taken my car to Jim winner for all the maintenance and fixes it needs. They have always treated me good and done. Excellent job. it was the same this time at the collision shop. They did an excellent job fixing where the deer hit me and I’ve already got compliments and just picked it up today on how nice it looks.
