As far as I can tell, the vehicle looks great. You can’t tell that the repaired area is different from the entire vehicle. Great blending.

Where the door was painted there is a cloudy spot in the paint. The yukon letters have glue residual or something around them that doesn't come off. I was given an estimate of 5 days needed for repair once my parts were in, it ended up being there 10 days for one door replacement. The front window had a greasy film on the inside which took 2-3 washings to get it off. Dust on dashboard. Detailing person needs more training. I was happy to have a loaner car for the 10 days.

When I was given 5 days as my projected time, no one called on day 5 to say it would be longer. I called. I'm still perplexed how one door took 10 days.

I was satisfied with the work that was done on my 2020 chevy traverse, the only reason I gave a 9 is because my car was not washed or detailed before pick up, and usually that's automatic.
